Meet Chef Amina, the culinary mastermind behind many of the bold, globally inspired dishes at The Dining Destination. Born in Morocco and raised in London, Amina brings a deep appreciation for both traditional flavors and modern techniques.
She studied at Le Cordon Bleu and spent years traveling through Southeast Asia, absorbing the street food culture and learning from local cooks.
Her style? Fusion without compromise. She respects each ingredient and cultural origin, blending them in ways that feel exciting yet natural — like her harissa miso glaze or lemongrass tagine.
Chef Amina believes food should tell a story, and for her, every dish is a chapter. “When people eat here, I want them to feel like they’re on a journey,” she says.
